Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were of ample size with a beautiful mountain view and super comfy beds, equipped with a compact kitchenette where we found fresh milk & delicious homemade cookies included. However, some areas of the rooms are starting to show wear and tear, with issues like the TV not working, mouldy shower grout, and stained carpets, which was not what we expected for a 5-star hotel. The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, leading us to consider staying at Rannoch hotel next time.
The hotel offers modern and well-equipped rooms with a little kitchen area, spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfectly presented. The service is attentive and beautifully set up the rooms, creating excellent 5-star gourmet vegan and gluten-free meals. The location is idealic and excellent for local activities. The dining experience is exceptional with a wide variety of vegan and gluten-free options. The facilities are top-notch, catering to various needs.
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were excellent, clean, and well-equipped, with beautiful mountain views. However, being in an interconnected room meant some noise from neighboring guests, so I'd recommend requesting a non-interconnecting room next time.
The hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-equipped but not suitable for allergies as advertised. The service had friendly and exceptional staff, but there were moments of disappointment, especially for the room rate. The location was remote yet scenic, great for a relaxing drink but challenging to access easily. The dining experience ranged from outstanding to underwhelming. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
